How Not to Sabotage Your Web Development Project

Stop Sabotage

Designing and building websites involve many moving parts. You’ll need to decide what type of look you want it to have, what platform you want it to be built on, how the navigation will work and what kind of content you want to include. The overall functionality of the site is also something that you need to plan out because what you want the site to do today might be slightly different than what you want it to do a year from now. Your web developer is your partner who works with you through all of these decisions.

Once you’ve made the biggest decision of who will be your web development partner, the rest is really straight forward. There are a series of decisions to be made and they need to happen in a certain order (although some can be done concurrently). Make a plan, create a schedule and meet the deadlines.

If only it were that easy.
